Shipping Time:

Same Day Fulfillment:

We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. However, please be aware that orders placed after 11 am will be shipped on Monday.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, please contact us immediately. We will require reasonable proof of the damage, and upon verification, we will provide a full refund or facilitate a return.



If you need to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please note that SIXSENSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over its delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting delivery company and providing them with your tracking number.


Delivery Delays and Refunds:

During peak order volume or unforeseen circumstances, delivery delays may occur. If your items arrive significantly later than expected, you may qualify for a partial refund. However, if we provide notice of the delay and offer cancellation options, the refund will not be applicable.
